SUMMER SCHOOL – ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TEACHER
Summer School Rate: $74.61 per hour
Contingent upon funding and sufficient enrollment.Dates: June 4, 2026 to June 30, 2026 (18 work days)
Non-Work Day: June 19, 2026Teacher Prep Days: June 4, 2026 & June 5, 2026
(Certificated employees who split an assignment will also split the prep day.)
Work Hours: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM (5 hours per day)Summer School Locations:

Provide assessment and instruction consistent with Board Policy 6177 and provide a program of direct, systemic intensive instruction that includes acceleration (Accelerated Learning strategically prepares students for success in next grade-level content. Acceleration readies students for new learning. Past concepts and skills are addressed, but always in the purposeful context of current learning). This is a specific strategy to address learning loss. Assist with campus supervision.
Must possess a valid California credential authorizing service in the posted position.
