Helios Ed is seeking a Partner Happiness Manager (Account Manager) who can work with our expanding base of customers to onboard them and keep them happy and satisfied with our products.

This role will be responsible for ensuring our customers are using the product happily. Being a people person, you will need to build great personal relationships with users, guide them on getting the product setup, and ensure their complete satisfaction.

 

 

What You will be doing:

  • Build relationships with customers and users, listen to their inputs, and be their champion and best friend
  • Help new customers onboard and start using the product
  • Manage implementation projects, meet and gather required information, ensure timely setup and launch within their organizations
  • Pay attention to detail on their implementation projects, ongoing use, and continued use of the product
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure they are happy and fully using the product
  • Resolve any frustration or challenges users face, and work with them to ensure they are satisfied and supported
  • Handle difficult situations with ease leading to overall customer satisfaction
  • Be the bridge between users and technical support
  • Outreach, check in and meet regularly with existing customers to achieve these goals
  • Document user requirements and use cases
  • Help setup the product

What You need to have:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with people, be their “best friend”
  • Strong people skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management skills and be very detail-oriented
  • Pro-active approach to managing customer accounts

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field required
  • 5+ years’ experience in customer service/support or account management roles for a software product
  • Experience in education a huge plus
