This role entails being an expert in our software product designed especially for schools. You will need to be able to understand the technology behind it, and use it to help other teams in the company – help sales to demo the product, help support team to train users, help development team to drive product related tasks.

What You will be doing:

• Being an expert in our software product from knowing how to use it to how it works under the hood
• Provide sales demos to products on the different modules and explain its benefits and capabilities
• Train users on how to achieve their goals using the product
• Talk to IT experts on interfacing the product with other systems
• Work with new and existing customers to onboard users and implement Helios
• Demonstrate how Helios can help solve user challenges
• Create guides and videos on how to use the product for non-technical and technical users

What You need to have:

• Must have technology aptitude to quickly learn and master a complex software product
• Strong people skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Understand tech terminology and talk about it
• At least a beginner knowledge of SQL and database queries

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required
• 5+ years’ experience in technology support roles for a software product
• Experience in education a huge plus
