What You will be doing:
- Be the business and HR points of contact for the company’s internal team and external stakeholders
- Manage company operations and logistics as required
- Create and send invoices and contract renewals to customers, follow up with them to ensure all invoices are paid on time
- Act as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to manage and keep track of all payments and receivables
- Do payroll and bookkeeping for the company
- Help with hiring and recruiting including pre-screening candidates
- Support leadership and internal teams with any research or logistics help as needed
- Proofread and edit company blogs or articles
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You need to have:
- Experience and high level of comfort with using computer systems
- Knowledge of HR, payroll, and bookkeeping concepts and processes
- A very high degree of attention to detail to make sure no minor details are missed
- Experience with speaking to and following up on phone or email with stakeholders
- Ability to learn and grasp knowledge quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project and task management skills
- Knack for working with people
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years’ experience in an executive assistant, bookkeeper, HR, payroll or similar role
- Training will be provided on company specific systems and processes
