About This Role:
Under the guidance of the Regional Student Programs Director, the Adjunct Student Programs Manager will develop, implement, and oversee regional communications, marketing, and billing initiatives. The Adjunct Programs Manager will also curate three regional extracurricular out-of-school program cycles.
Responsibilities:
Program Management
-
Provide communication, marketing, billing, coaching, leadership training, and support to site-based student programs managers and staff.

Develop a billing, scheduling, and marketing communication protocol
-
Develop and manage the Student Programs annual events, marketing, and billing calendar to enhance program awareness, participation, and enrollment across seven locations.

Spearhead the planning, execution, and evaluation of three cycles of 7- 10 week extracurricular regional student program menus.

Assess student program effectiveness and report on outcomes.

Programs Marketing and Promotion:
-
Community engagement and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
-
Town halls and other school event presentations, as requested
-
Travel to staff meetings, school meetings, and training as scheduled and required

Other duties, as assigned by the supervisor
People Management

Communicate effectively with site-based managers and administration, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders

Execute the evaluation of the program and performance of the site-based managers' communication, marketing, and billing workstreams.

Support a positive and collaborative working environment for site-based student programs managers and administrators
Compliance & Reporting
-
Support regional and site-based data management in alignment with grant standards (i.e., attendance, registration forms, Invoices, marketing materials, etc.)
-
Maintain documentation on staff performance issues; provide guidance to staff as needed
-
Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and make recommendations for workplace safety
-
Follow the school and CWC LA Charter procedures and policies for the safe operation of out-of-school staff.

Complete annual regional program evaluations, including surveys of students, staff, and parents
-
Submit all required documentation on a timely basis (i.e., attendance, emergency cards, permission forms, and surveys)
Program Accounting

Manage regional monthly and bi-weekly family billing, collections, and account maintenance.

Support the management of regional expenses, profits, and support managers in tracking expenses
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree attained or in progress (or equivalent professional experience)
-
2+ years of experience with program management
-
1-3 years of managerial experience
-
1-3 years of classroom experience (preferred)
-
Capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines
-
Experience working in relevant elementary grades or other high-quality educational settings
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
-
Organized and detail-oriented
-
Excellent computer skills, experience working with the Google platform a plus
-
Experience working in a socio-economically, racially, and culturally diverse community
-
Ability to work cooperatively with mid and upper-level management and other staff members
