Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or a minimum of 48 semester units of college coursework.
  • Spanish and English fluency preferred
  • Demonstrated successful experience working with students.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Classroom and highly responsive to email

Currently, CNCA has six campuses that serve approximately 3,500 students from TK through 12th grade.

The Opportunity

The after-school program Assistant Site Coordinator is responsible for assisting the afterschool program Site Coordinator with overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the after-school program at Dalzell Lance.

 


 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the after-school program
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and supervising the after-school program activities and schedule
  • Ensure a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for participating students.
  • Assist in monitoring and assessing the program’s effectiveness, gathering feedback from staff, students, and parents to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with school staff, community partners, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive after-school experience that aligns with the school’s goals and values.
